Breaking karmic patterns
Sweet friends,
Some of you may know, every morning I tune in to receive a channeled message as part of my morning routine and journaling.
Some days it’s with my guides, but most days recently it’s been with my Soul (the Infinite part of me - as she refers) to see what will be most helpful for me to know/understand/receive for my path.
And while we all have our own unique Soul path, I believe a lot of what comes through is universal wisdom that can support us all.
Which, is what I plan to share with you all.
As always, I invite you to open your heart, and receive with your heart.
Channeled messages are designed to speak to your infinite essence; not necessarily the mind.
So if it doesn’t make logical sense, or doesn’t click, that’s okay.
Know and understand there is a deeper part of you that understands and received the energy beneath the words.

Welcome the full spectrum of truth, emotions, and evolution.
Growing is not always easy, linear, or makes sense to the logical mind.
Growing, expansion, and breaking old karmic and ancestral patterns is quite the opposite.
It is challenging, hard, and will bring your doubts, worries, and concerns all to the surface.
It will lead to different forms of questioning, and doubting your path and the journey.
And so, simply take note.
Be aware.
That the doubts are there, but you can still be fully in your truth, power, wisdom, and fortitude.
You get to choose.
And when you work with your energy, thoughts, and essence in this way, you get to collapse time, welcome a new trajectory, and overcome.
But, it doesn’t mean you simply bypass the lessons, challenges, and wisdom that lie within the pain and struggle.
And so, in the struggle you meet new aspects of yourself.
New parts.
And in that, emerges new wisdom, new ideas, new revelations and realizations.
You get to see the world anew.
Others anew.
And yourself anew.
And so take this wisdom with you today.
Carve out the time and space to be in this sacred time.
This sacred gathering.
And this sacred remembering that is taking place.
Let the fullness and entirety of emotions run through your being and body.
And let yourself be held in the all-knowing essence that will help guide, love, and support you.
And so dear one, it is.
