Sweet friend – welcome! 💜

As the seasons change, as the year is about to change, and as we, these humans change, I wanted to create an outlet and resource to support us all.

I’ve been creating on Instagram for over a decade. And, as we all know, the app has changed a lot over the years. As do all things.

One thing I know we are all craving though in this time of our evolution, is connection and intimacy. Something which is abundantly lacking in our enhanced digital age.

And, whenever the pendulum swings one way, it creates an even greater opportunity in the other direction.

So just as we feel so disconnected, there too, are opportunities to feel even more connected.

As a Scorpio ♏️ , I’ve felt quite private for much of my life.

Sharing vulnerably isn’t a muscle I flex often outside of close relationships. And even still, if you’re my friend – you know lol.

But, in seasons of change, I find there are mediums and situations which bode better to openness and vulnerability.

And as I’ve spent years now helping other uncover, heal, and overcome their deepest wounds, pains, and traumas, I’ve seen the immense power and transformation that comes when we open our heart to another.

Part of why I believe I’ve been able to help people on such a deep level of transformation, is because of the transformation I’ve gone through myself.

The challenges, obstacles, and circumstances that have required me to find a new way.

They’ve required me to seek alternative solutions.

And they’ve made me stretch my capacity as to what I’ve previously learned and believed to be true.

And so while I have many ideas, many resources, and a lot of wisdom to share here, I too want this to be an open dialogue. A conversation.

A re-introducing of myself, who I am, and this opportunity to continue to re-create who we are, together ☀️

I really feel a collective identity shift taking place, as we are being asked to learn who we are on the deepest of levels.

Who are we when we aren’t with the people we know?

Who are we when we aren’t in the familiar places we go?

And who are we when we choose to meet who we truly are?

We are in a great awakening – but you already know this.

But I don’t think any of us could have foreseen all the parts of the very fabric of reality that would be presented to us to reevaluate and recreate.

Ourselves – being the biggest.

For as we re-learn who we are, and recreate who we are, the world around us changes.

This is an inside out world.

And as we wish to see change on the outside, we must undergo the internal alchemy of transformation to witness our external shift.

And so, together, we get to redefine who we are.

Recreate who we are.

Re-learn who we are.

Currently, I am preparing for one of the greatest adventures and transformations to come here shortly, and so for those who would like to witness the raw, unfiltered, behind the scenes – welcome.
