A brain dump on ALL I've heard in the Health and Wellness space over the years
Remember the days when the only “bad” food were processed foods and McDonalds?
Now…
- its vegetables
- its fruits
- its meats
- its not eating meat
- Its lectins
- Its juices
- Its seed oils
- It’s non-organic
- Its glyphosate
- It’s sugar
- It’s stevia
- It’s dyes
- It’s beans
- It’s how you eat
- It’s eggs
- It’s carbs
- It’s fats
- It’s proteins
- It’s fasting
- It’s dangers of fasting
- It’s salt
- But not the microplastics in salt
- It’s cooking your own, but not using plastic because it’ll leach
- It’s using butter, only the right kind
- It’s using olive oil, but only this single origin cold pressed from this store
- It’s avocado oil, but, now that is bad too
- It’s nuts and seeds,
- It’s *only* soaked nuts and seeds
- It’s avoid peanuts because they’re moldy
- But peanuts are actually healthy prior to the v*cine
- Its avoid sugar, but frutis okay, but actually fruit is too high in sugar too
- It’s have carbs, because they’re actually good for you, but, only if you’re working out, and only at the *right* time
- It’s eat protein, and this many grams, and only from good sources, and if you don’t, you wont hit your body goals
- It’s lift weights, but don’t stress your body out
- It’s do HIIT, but not if you’re in adrenal burn out
- It’s listen to your body, but make sure you hit your protein and fiber
- It’s the benefits of raw dairy, but then someone gets sick and dies.
- But, pasteurized dairy has no health benefits
- And if yogurt has any fruit in it, you’re not getting the probiotics
- And to eat fat, but not too much of each kind
- Oh, and is your gallbladder optimized? Otherwise don’t do fats
- It’s try this supplement for detox, but, if your detox pathways aren’t open, it’ll make things worse
- It’s try papaya seeds for parasites, but don’t chew them otherwise it doesn’t work
- And detox parasites, but they’re actually helping you, but they have heavy metals in them, but you also need to do a cleanse for them
- It’s make sure you wash your produce in ACV, or baking soda, but NOT BOTH, otherwise they cancel each other out
- But if you don’t wash your produce, you risk eating parasites and getting infected and being chronically ill
- Its wash your hands, but, the tap water has pesticides and heavy metals, and then you’re stripping your hands of the beneficial bacteria
- It’s try intermittent fasting, but, not if you’re cortisol is high, if it’s a certain time of the month, the moon, and what your body needs
- It’s eat honey because it’s so healing and has amazing benefits, but also that honey is highly contaminated with glyphosate, so, maybe just avoid it
- And even manuka honey, it may be doing more harm then good
- It’s drink tea, but the tea bags are filled with bleach and chemicals, so just use loose leaf
- But, be careful because tea and coffee are the highest sprayed crops
- Oh – so don’t drink coffee because it’s terrible for an already stressed body
- But, drink coffee because this study says it makes you age less fast
- Which, so does wine, so drink wine
- But, the majority of wine has pesticides in it, which, isn’t beneficial for you, and actually ages you
- Oh, and did you know alcohol lowers your frequency?
- And plus, it only works for the people in the blue zones
- It’s try bone broth to heal your gut, but only if you don’t have histamine issues, which, if you have gut issues, you probably have histamine issues
- It’s use the power of garlic and onion to kill and heal pathogens in your body, but again, if you have histamine issues, better not
- It’s cook with butter! But, only up to 350, otherwise it’ll turn rancid and go above the smoke point and oxidize and it’s no longer good to consume
- It’s meal prep your own food, but, if you don’t store it properly the bacteria is harmful
- It’s try cassava as a healthy alternative root and flour, but also, the majority of casava is high in led and toxins
- It’s eat chocolate because it has so many healthy compounds! But also, it’s laden with heavy metals which California prop 65 says aren’t safe to consume
- And plus, the sugar in there cancels out the health benefits anyways
- And, the majority isn’t fair trade, which means your supporting unfair wages for people in other countries
- It’s eat only organic, but know, organic is still sprayed too
- And speaking of sprayed, did you know that ALL the produce at the grocery store is getting a little chemical “mist”? yeah, that’s not just water
- And make sure to eat protein carb and fats together, but, ONLY if you eat them in the proper order
- But actually, you shouldn’t mix carbs and proteins
- And be sure to only eat frut alone first thing in the morning
- But also, fruit can aid in digestion
- But only certain kinds and if your gut is optimized properly
- And try plant protein to ensure you’re hitting your protein goals in a plant forward way
- But, the majority of plant protein is loaded with heavy metals and anti-nutrients
- And, did I mention all the articfical sweeteners?! Stay away from those!
- But *some* kinds of stevia and monk fruit are okay, but some are toxic
- And actually stevia is linked to cancer
- But there aren’t enough studies done on allulose and monk fruit
- But if you’re diabetic, its better than risking sugar
- And you have to just “find what works for you”, but if it doesn’t align with this and that way of doing things and you’re not seeing results, than it’s clearly not working and you need to reevaluate your supplements, timing, carb cycling, eating window, protein sources, and how you’re eating.
- And you can do fasting mimicking diets, but only at the right times, under the right circumstances
- And black seed oil is the best supplement on the market, but, depeding on the brand, you could just be buying highly toxic, glyphosate ridden, rancid oil
- Which, speaking of rancid, don’t do seed cycling, because it’s highly likely your flax seeds are going rancid by the time you consume them. And seed cycling is a myth anyway.
- And if you need to balance your hormones, try DIM, dong quai, chastetree, but when they don’t work, it’s just because you probably need more. Because the science says they work.
- And your hormones are an extension of your gut anyway, so it’s pointless trying to heal your hormones without first addressing the gut
- But, the gut holds emotions of sadness, so make sure to release that even FIRST
- And there is breaking news that FMT will heal all gut issues!
- But actually, you need to be REAL careful, because you could take on the personality and trauma of another person by being injected with their poop
- And oh my gosh – how have we not mentioned OAT MILK – drink this trendy drink, but really, DON’T, because it’s basically glyphosate, seed oil liquid that you’re poisoning yourself with
- And eat nuts and nut butters because they’re a great source of healthy fats, but don’t because they’re loaded with anti-nutrients and our ancestors never ate nuts
- And don’t eat meat, because it’s animal sacrifice, but, eat meat because it’s what our ancestors ate
- But don’t eat chicken, because it’s got a poor nervous system
- And eat oysters, because they’re packed with zinc and nutrients
- But be careful, because they’re loaded with parasites
- And just like salmon, make sure to eat salmon because it’s best to get your omega 3’s from whole, real food sources, because the majority of fish oil supplements are rancid and doing more harm than good
- But, salmon is loaded with parasites, even wild, which are causing harm
- And farmed salmon – that is worse than smoking it’s so bad for you
- And don’t ever touch tilapia, as it’s a bottom feeder and filled with the toxins of the sea
- But make sure the fish is wild, and make sure it’s not been in toxic waters, but, all waters are toxic now
- And make sure to have ACV before your meals, but also, ACV can trigger acne
- And if you have acne, it’s because you’ve had Epstein Barr virus, and you just need to kill that
- And so doing antibiotics can help kill, but actually, makes you worse. So don’t ever take those
- And don’t fall into the trap of calories in calories out, but also, don’t just listen to your body, because you need to detox it more before it really knows what it needs
- And don’t shop in the middle isles of the store, but only for certain specialty items, but those are packaged too, so, maybe best to just avoid
- And don’t cook on aluminum because it leaches so use parchment paper instead
- But, only the brown kind from one brand, because the others leach too
- And if your cookware is chipped, you’re getting tons of metals and chemicals leaching into your food
- And add pasta water to your pasta, but actually – DON’T. because that’s the concentrated source of all the contaminants from the water that you are quite literally adding into your meal
- And if you’re using tomato sauce, make sure it’s ONLY a certain kind, in a JAR, of san Marzano tomatoes, because the others aren’t good, and they use canola oik
- And make sure to get your electrolytes! But, the majority of brands use table salt, which, is literally terrible for you
- And whatever you do – don’t use sunscreen! It’s a carcinogen. But also – don’t get burned
- And don’t wear sunglasses, because they are terrible for you and make it so your skin doesn’t know how much melanin to produce
- But also, don’t burn your eyes.
- And eat raw carrots to help detox estrogen from the body and help eyesight
- But whatever you do, don’t buy the pre-chopped carrots in that toxic solution, as that is bad for you
- And if you’re using coconut oil, make SURE it’s unrefined, and only from one brand, because the others are using unfair farming practices and leading to deforestation
- Which, same goes for palm oil. Don’t EVER use it, but, there are some brands that use rainforest certified sustainable palm oil, and that’s okay
- But, technically it’s a seed oil, so actually just don’t eat it.
- Oh and speaking of tropics, don’t ever eat pinapples and bananas and magoes if you live far away from the equator – your messing up your circadian rhythm!
- But, they also have highly beneficial compounds you can only find in them.
- But, if you don’t live in the tropics, its of no use
- And so only eat locally and seasonally, so if you don’t live in California or Mexico, don’t eat avocados ever.
- Even though they burn fat and are a great fat, they won’t if you don’t live near an avocado tree
- And similarly, did you know adding banana to your smoothie WITH berries is actually bad? Berries should be consumed in isolation.
- And stop adding so many ingredients to your smoothie. It’s bad for you and your body doesn’t recognize them all!
- But also, try and get as many nutrients in a day as you can!
- And don’t have cold beverages, as they mess with your digestion!
- But smoothies are a great sources of nutrition, so make them warm (ew)
- And have you heard of all the benefits of functional mushrooms?!
- But, the majority of companies aren’t using the fruiting bodies, and are therefore selling you expensive stems that don’t really do anything
- And make sure you’re getting enough greens! But also, the majority of greens powders don’t give you actual healing, therapeutic doses of greens, and are mainly fillers of apple powder
- And plus, greens powders aren’t “real food” and don’t have the fiber that you get from consuming real vegetables and fruits
- But, fiber can be extremely irritating to the gut if you have gut issues, and you probably should avoid it
- So just do carnivore!
- But, long term carnivore will actually wreck your gut
- So just be a breatharian and just eat air.
- But make sure it’s filtered.
- And only through a triple heap filter, otherwise, you’re still getting a ton of contaminants that the majority of air filters aren’t getting
- And so just live in a bubble.
- But, you need to socialize and have a thriving social network, because that’s healthy too
- But so is a thriving career and living your purpose
- But also, make sure you’re still creating “balance”
- And make sure to work out each day. But, only do it at certain times, otherwise your body isn’t reaping the benefits
- And make sure you’re getting collagen daily – as it’s super good for skin and joints
- But did you know the majority of collagen is actually the hyde, and not really the bones?! So you’re basically paying a ton of money for nothing
- Which, sounds like probiotics too, doesn’t it?
- But, this shelf stable probiotic is the best, and will help
- But, really probiotics only work if you have PREbiotics, and those are only found through certain foods
- But, be careful because those certain prebiotic foods often cause gut discomfort if you have IBS or leaky gut
- Oh, and don’t get mammograms or pap smears anymore!
- And make sure you’re tracking your cycle to know the exact days of the month you can get pregnant. Because you definitely shouldn’t be on birth control.
- And oh yeah, the IUD actually did way more harm than good
- And so try these bioidentical hormones to help things
- But those are actually just as toxic as synthetic
